While there are no true unused objects in terms of graphics, there are many object variants that aren't used. Object IDs in bold are unused: object IDs not in bold are shown for comparison purposes.

Object EB: Museum ??? (Gives Hammer ability - Only thing that can give this is Bonkers and Heavy Mole's drill enemies. Loading the sprites of Meta Knight's soldiers with this object on the room reveals that Mace Knight had a working animation for this object.)
