Volcano 3
ID 16. It appears to be a volcanic mountain area set during the day. A similar background and tileset appear in pre-release material, but the background contained a red sky. If this is just an alternate variation of said background is unknown.
Note that the early World 4 icon both has volcanoes and a similar palette.
Underground 2
ID 73. Red rocky underground. Paired with the similar tileset.
