The Nintendo Channel was Nintendo's video streaming service for previews of new games and such for nearly six years. It also let you send game demos to a DS and rate games you've already played (which led to a discounted selection of games based on the ratings in Japan).

The service was discontinued on June 28, 2013. However, it is possible to restore some functionality by installing the RiiConnect24-patched version.
