Released a couple of days after the 2000 Jim Carrey movie was released to audiences, The Grinch for Game Boy Color was also the only Grinch game released in Japan.

Sound Credit

Though composed by Rie Fukuda, The Grinch uses Jun Yamaguchi's sound engine and has a credit at 0xF570C (US ROM), similar to The Mummy.

The title graphic was changed for the US/European version of the game. The menu options and copyright text were also moved up to accommodate the "LICENSED BY NINTENDO" text. The "." after "KONAMI" was removed.
