Game & Watch Gallery 4

A similar debug menu is in Game & Watch Gallery 4 (Text for it is around C83D2 in the U.S. ROM). I wonder if you could activate it there (once you're done with Densetsu no Stafy ;P). --From: divingkataetheweirdo 15:47, 18 March 2012 (EDT)

Which codes to include

We tend to be picky about which cheat codes to include to prevent a flood of them on the wiki. It can be tricky to tell which ones to include, and the fact they we don't include cheat codes that don't a) unlock debug menus, b) unlock level selects/skips, or c) unlock sound tests are more or less guidelines to prevent someone from flooding the wiki with cheat code pages. I hope you understand and thank you for your contributions. --From: divingkataetheweirdo 18:33, 24 May 2013 (EDT)

I understand, thanks for your explanation Divingkataetheweirdo. Also, I couldn't activate the main debug menu in Game & Watch Gallery 4. I'm really sorry for the late response. --Torchickens 10:01, 25 May 2013 (EDT)

Contact

Hey, Torchickens! I've been doing a lot of work on Pokémon Gold & Silver stuff lately, and it would be nice to have someone knowledgable about the games to consult regarding a few aspects. I keep coming across your name during the course of my research. Is there a way to talk with you in real time, if you'd be willing to field some questions from me? --GlitterBerri (talk) 19:44, 21 March 2017 (EDT)

Pocket Camera (Japan) (Rev 0)

Hi. Regarding the todo you added - do you own a copy of Rev 0? I looked on the leaked Game Boy lotcheck sheet and its dated before Rev 1, which is dated before the release date, so I think its unlikely to exist. --Hiccup (talk) 18:58, 26 April 2022 (UTC)

Hi Hiccup. Sorry I wasn't aware. In the Game Boy header at offset 0x014C my "Rev 1" has the byte 0x01 as expected, but didn't know about the spreadsheet information suggesting if Rev 0 exists it's before the release date. I could quickly dump my own physical Pocket Camera, but it looks like a normal release copy, so probably would be Rev 1 anyway. Feel free to remove it. Torchickens (talk) 19:25, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
Edit: Going to dump my physical Pocket Camera (Japan) just in case the MD5 is different to the Rev 1 on Dat-O-Matic. Torchickens (talk) 19:32, 26 April 2022 (UTC)

Your multiple edits

Hey there. I noticed that when updating pages you make a half-dozen mini updates in rapid succession instead of a single update. Please use the Preview button to check your changes until you are satisfied with what you've written and then proceed to post the changes.

This is from the site's rules and guidelines:

"When working on a page, instead of committing multiple small edits in a row, please use the Show preview button at the bottom of the wikitext box to preview your changes. When you're satisfied with how everything looks, press the Save page button. To make site administration easier, we have a bot in our Discord channel that reports every page edit in real-time, and "spamming" page edits on the wiki only serves to fill the channel (and clogs the recent changes log to boot). Hi. Sorry about that, and you're right it's unfair on the server and Discord channel. I'll slow down. EvieMelody (talk) 22:20, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
You don't have to slow down, just use the preview button to see your changes. If you still want to write more, then continue using the preview button until you're satisfied with what you've written and then post the update. ReyVGM (talk) 22:33, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
Thanks ^^. EvieMelody (talk) 23:27, 9 January 2024 (UTC)
