config.xml is a file that gets loaded into the game. It contains disabled values in which some are used by the developers.

fps	To enable this, debug has to be set to true.
cheat	Currently unknown.
dev	To enable this, debug has to be set to true. This adds an extra option (called "test help in game") to the debug menu. Choosing the option will open a help menu with leftovers from Ben 10 Omniverse Collection.
debug	Setting this to true adds a red button to the top left of the screen. Pressing the button reveals a menu with options to force win/lose a level, unlock all characters, and reset saved data.
achievement	Currently unknown.

Present in debugHelp.swf is this yellow square with the letters "TF" typed in it.

preload.swf

These sprites are usually off-screen. They each load a .swf and the config.xml file.
