We could only wish we were playing this right now... maybe...
This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually reached store shelves.

The Atarian Federation must repel the evil Jorzon invaders using the legendary star cannon, Akka Arrh! This is a sentry-style shooter with trackball controls and an interesting zooming mechanic that the player must use if the enemy gets too close to the cannon.

The game did poorly in location tests, so it was never put into full production.

Developer Message

There are two hidden messages at 0xB1E9 in the main CPU (or 0x1E9 on akka_b000.j1). These are partially formatted to work in-game (though the commas will show up as garbage graphics), but aren't referenced anywhere in the code.
