Level Select

At the title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Down, Left, Right on controller 2 then select desired level (only worlds 1, 2, 5, 6 are available) by pressing B on controller 2 corresponding number of times, then start the game:

1 time	-	World 1, Level 2
2 times	-	World 1, Level 3
3 times	-	World 1, Level 4
4 times	-	World 2, Level 1
5 times	-	World 2, Level 2
6 times	-	World 2, Level 3
7 times	-	World 2, Level 4
16 times -	World 5, Level 1
17 times -	World 5, Level 2
18 times -	World 5, Level 3
19 times -	World 5, Level 4
20 times -	World 6, Level 1
21 times -	World 6, Level 2
22 times -	World 6, Level 3
23 times -	World 6, Level 4
