Bishoujo Hanafuda Club Vol.1: Oichokabu Hen is an unlicensed FDS game where winning causes your (all-female) opponents to strip.

A sequel, Bishoujo Hanafuda Club Vol.2: Koikoi Bakappana Hen, was also released in 1989.

Unused Text

Present at 0xF73 is a bizarre piece of text that seems to be a mish-mash of three 6502 assembly instructions: JMP (twice), CALL and BIT. There's also an M between the second JMP and CALL. This text doesn't assemble into valid assembly code, as it lacks the necessary parameters and syntax. What this text is here for, other than probably being dummy data, is unknown.
