Bulls vs Lakers and the NBA Playoffs is the sequel to Lakers vs Celtics and the NBA Playoffs.

Regional Differences

This game was the subject of a lawsuit from ESPN over the game's EA Sports Network (EASN) branding and when the game was brought to Japan, some changes were made.

Intro

In the Japanese version, the EASN logo was replaced by the EA Sports logo.

Different logo and Press Start to Begin was changed to Push Start.

Menus

The dashes were moved to be where the button names are, removes the S in select and exit, Minutes was shortened to Min in the Japanese version. A brighter blue has been used in the background and the EASN logo was replaced by the EA Sports logo.

Commentator Bing Gordon has been replaced by Ron Barr in the Japanese version. The text was altered adding dashes by the button names, removes the S in continue and exit as well as removing references to EASN. Also a brighter blue has been used in the background and the EASN logo was replaced by the EA Sports logo.
