This graphic implies that Roberto (Tsubasa's mentor in the animé) was going to playable at some point, which is supported by the fact that as soon you start a new game, you see a cutscene in sepia tone of him playing his last game with Sao Paulo many years ago and scoring a goal at the last minute. This graphic can be seen in game by using an emulator with the cheat code 7E31D9F1 and looking to the status of the player number 10 of your team. If you did this correctly, instead of having his normal portrait, the player will have Roberto's portrait.
