Command & Conquer: Generals/Unused content in the expansion

The expansion pack, Zero Hour, was quite obviously very rushed. It contains many placeholders and unused things, and contains surprisingly many files from the prototype version. This may be because the developers used a simple diff command to exclude all files from the distribution CD which were already in the original, and this made them inadvertently include the prototype files too.
