When the test mode is accessed, the game will display a series of LCD test screens which can be advanced by pressing the middle button.

The game will then display this hidden copyright screen which is never seen anywhere else.

The third and final screen is an input test. The purpose of the top number is unknown but the rightmost digit can be changed from 1 to 3 by pressing the three buttons on the front of the game. The small square represents the tilt sensor input and the small plus symbol shows up if any other Cube World units are connected. Pressing all three buttons simultaneously will display the ROM checksum (bottom number).
