On the sound test menu, music tracks 9, 10 and 11 aren't used anywhere in-game.

Perform the following steps at the main menu:

  1. Press Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left, Right.
  2. Enter and exit the sound test menu. "Stage Skip!" will be added to the main menu at this point to confirm successful entry of the first code.
  3. Press Left, Right, Right, Left, Right, Left, Left.
  4. Enter and exit the sound test menu again. "Invincible!" will be added to the main menu at this point to confirm successful entry of the second code.
  5. Press Left, Right, Left, Left, Left.

Now start the game, and Daffy will be changed to the head of Probe founder/CEO Fergus McGovern.
