konamiHWI_logo.dds, stored at offset 0x1CAF800, is a logo for Konami's KCE Hawaii branch. At the time of this game's release, Konami reorganized its arcade and console subsidiaries, unifying everything under the Konami brand, so it isn't displayed.

Unused Metadata Files
While this game no longer uses .sif files to grab the songs' metadata, instead opting to have it directly in the .ssq (stepchart) files, a couple new songs, as well as every previous DLC song, has them.
