European Region?

Among the referenced files there's 4 that make reference to an unreleased European version.
Oddly, the game works indistinctly in Japanese and US consoles but it's locked in the EU region. If the disc is inserted in an European console it shows as "Dancing Stage Universe 3" in the dashboard, but a "Wrong Region" message appears when attempting to start it.
