Leftover Area
By entering the GameShark codes below, the "BG Selection" screen, a leftover from Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix, can be accessed by leaving the Options menu. This screen would have allowed the player to choose a background to be seen in gameplay. However, this function seems to have been dummied out.

As the difficulty settings are displayed after the song is selected in this game, a grand majority of this graphic is rendered unused. What can also be noticed are the S, SS and SSS ratings, replaced with AA, AAA and AAA Perfect in this game.
