Test Menu
Booting the game while holding Up + Left redirects the player to a test menu. After all tests are complete, the player will be redirected to an input test screen, which can be exited by holding Up + Right.

Revisional Differences
Two known versions of Decathlon are in MAME's database, labeled as decathln and decathlna.

The "decathlna" version calls Decathlon Championship "Arcade Mode", and the options are positioned a bit lower. This seems to be the only difference between the two versions.
