The trophy woman was supposed to have nipples visible through her shirt, which was apparently too scandalous for Bally Midway. The censored tiles appear later in the object graphics ROM.
With the way they censored it, though, people could still confuse the shading here for something inappropriate.

An additional, smaller picture of the trophy woman is in the ROM. This should have been used when the Reward Screen dip switch was on the "Limited" setting, but they just cut off the larger image at 64 pixels instead.
