Press Left, Right to select scene number, after that press Circle to go to the selected scene.

The third line is the tank select. If you choose the tank named "none", it'll crash the game.

The fifth line seems to be the player select, but it does not seem to work anymore.

Debug Information Display

The sixth line is debug information display flag.

When set to 1 in this menu, it'll display debug information on the left.

Unknown

The seventh line is unknown. It seems to not work anymore.
