Dirty Racing is a racing game from the makers of the Lotus and Top Gear series. The Japanese version was released as a standalone game, but the international versions were only released on a 2-in-1 compilation cartridge called Race Days.

Regional Differences

Intro

The international version has an exclusive intro sequence, displaying a screen that reads "Gremlin Graphics proudly presents" before bringing up the title screen.

Title Screen

The title screen was completely redone, getting rid of the Japanese kana and the copyright info and adding a race car with a "Press Start" note.

Difficulty Select

The difficulty levels were renamed and the character graphics were changed to a different style.

Staff Roll

The Japanese version's staff roll is displayed on a flashing screen displaying "Presented by Jaleco". The international versions' staff roll shows the Gremlin logo instead.
