Dragon Ball Xenoverse brings over many characters and story elements from the dead and forgotten Dragon Ball Online, along with its character creation feature.

Notably, one set of voice clips for the character creator is done by Takahata101 of TeamFourStar. Said set, Male Voice 8, is basically the Dragon Ball Z Abridged version of Nappa, complete with a bunch of DBZ Abridged references and general silliness.

To do: A few things (tip: use a CriWare unpacker to look at files, a certain modding community has a tool) There are other unused playable characters (Supreme Kai of Time, Toki Toki, Shenron?!, etc.). Document them too. Look into Frieza 1st Form's files and see if he has his mini ship that he sits in. See if there's any unused data for unused Masters in the files (i.e. Bardock). See if there's any differences between console versions.

Unplayable Character

Demigra is unplayable without hacking, but both forms are fully playable and have special dialog for interacting with characters he will never meet during his limited story appearances. They even got attacks that are exclusive to the character.

Located in "data.cpk\sound\VOX\Quest\Dialogue\en\BDQD_ALL_VOX.awb" are several unused voice clips between Demigra and other characters:
