Fight Club pretty much breaks every single rule of Fight Club, on top of being almost certainly the most generic and boring fighting game you'll ever see.
Oh, and it has Fred Durst as a playable character, which doesn't help much either.

Unused Cutscene
A slideshow version of the cutscene meant to be used as the first cutscene in story mode, which can be seen in the August 23, 2004 prototype build. The final game uses an animated cutscene instead, considering how this one lacks any action in it.
Unused Strings
Some rather humorous unused strings, including leftovers from E3 and references to quite interesting cut content, such as that Marla Singer and Gandhi were supposed to be playable at one point.
