The original source of this video was probably a post on TheMeatly's Patreon, but it has since been removed. Twitter announcements 1 and 2, removed Patreon post

YouTube mirrors of the video include this unlisted video (presumably by the same Mike Mood who worked on the game) and this fan-uploaded copy. The latter video includes a description that was probably the text of the original Patreon post:[1]

During the development of Chapter Two we did a full remake of Chapter One. There was some other areas, and additions that never made the final cut. However, I can say that in the future, there will be more to Chapter One, it's not finished yet. More specifically to this post, Bendy's Finale scene changed quite a bit from the original version. This video is from the development of the Chapter One/Two showcase at the Capital Gaming Expo booth that we had in Ottawa. You can thank the play testers at the expo for showing us that this version was incorrect.

When we made this version, the goal was to have Bendy appear, the player be afraid and run, then as the player runs Bendy slowly rips off the planks one by one, then as soon as the final one is broken there's a gate that closes. That gate is still there in the current available build, it just never closes.

Two reasons why we took this out:

1) Players at the expo didn't seem to be afraid when Bendy appeared and looked around before he reached out at you. Then the player would kind of hang around, and watch this animation. Since the animation was distance based, if you stayed at the doorway, Bendy would literally sit there forever in idle animation waiting for you to move further away. This COMPLETELY broke emersion and didn't feel like the game we were intending to make.

2) Bendy shouldn't be able to break planks to begin with. This kind of ruins our ending to Chapter Two when just a simple barricaded door is blocking him. Thus we needed to remove that strength from Bendy, besides that arm of his is a little puny, don't you think?

So, after the CGX2017 show we decided to get right back to work and go to the roots of Bendy. We took out the animations and just made Bendy instantly reach out at you, and BINGO! That's what we were looking for. You can read into it a lot more for theories as to why this is happening, but I will not reveal anything. ;)

As I mentioned before though, Chapter One is not done, there's still more to the story, things that haven't made the cut. As we continue to develop Bendy and the Ink Machine as a whole, more content will become available to the previous chapters.

However, don't come looking to me for clues as to WHAT or WHEN, we still need to keep SOME things a secret you know. :P

This is a prerelease video for Bendy and the Ink Machine.
  1. Some evidence supporting this: At the time the text in question added to this page, it was possible to Google the first sentence (in quotes) and receive this result from Patreon: an exact match of the first two sentences and one more word.

However, clicking the link would lead to a page devoid of content because the original post had been removed. It is likely that as Google updates its search results, this result will disappear.
