이 게임은 유명한 "데모 버전"인 Windows용 3D 핀볼을 파생시켰는데, 풀 틸트! 핀볼은, 간단히 말해 그것에 2개의 핀볼 판이 더해진 게임이다.
구성요소 수정
"Edit Pinball Components FOR TESTING ONLY"(오직 테스트만을 위한 핀볼 구성요소 수정)이라는 이름의 디버그 창이 게임 실행파일에 존재하는데, 두 번 띄울 수는 없게 만들어져 있다.
