Home Improvement on SNES sees Tim Allen become the Bionic Commando. Uhhhhehhh?
It's probably best known for the instruction manual following Tim Taylor's mantra of "real men" by having a large "REAL MEN DON'T NEED INSTRUCTIONS" graphic plastered over Pages 4-5, almost completely covering up what is ostensibly a description of the game (though what little text is visible isn't all that helpful; at least this gag comes after an overview of the controls on Page 3), with the bottom-right portion of Page 5 instead suggesting you look at the included "blueprints" for hints (which do a decent job explaining the gameplay and items).
Build Date and ROM Info
Found right at the beginning of the ROM. Similar text can be found in other late-SNES Absolute Entertainment games.

Unused Graphics
Tool Time Monitor
An image of Tim Taylor and Al Borland together. As the monitor in the Tool Time scenes is usually used to show the current character speaking, this suggests that Tim and Al were to say something in unison, most likely to encourage audience participation.
Mark is the only one of Tim's children that doesn't speak in the Tool Time scenes. As a result, this monitor image goes unused.
This was likely to be used whenever Tim walks off the Tool Time set.
For some reason, Tim's kids don't appear in this version of the full shot of the Tool Time set.
Mark
As noted above, Mark does not speak in any of the Tool Time scenes. However, he does have sprites for him speaking, in addition to the monitor shot.
