LEGO Rock Band is a spinoff of the Rock Band series, targeted to families and children, featuring a surprisingly detailed recreation of Brian May's hair.

Unused Sounds
The game has several unused sounds. Some unused sounds were also unused in Rock Band 2.
Test Sounds
Inside the sfx/samples/test/gen folder, there are several unused sounds. These are: 1, 2, 3, 4, min1, min2, min3, min4; all of type .wav_wii. They are of a man saying the number or a minus number. These files also have SFX logs in the root directory of the game.

Mic Test
Inside the sfx/samples/gen folder, there are various common sound effects. There are two mic test files in here that contain a few seconds of vocals to 2 songs, possibly to test the mic. These also appear in Rock Band 2, but they are longer in this game.
mic_test1.wav_wii
This is the first verse of "Cherry Lips", by Garbage. The song was never released as DLC, though this suggests it was planned at some point. Also of note is that since this version is longer than the clip in Rock Band 2, you can hear the word "shit" towards the end, which would have never made it uncensored in the game. Especially this game.
mic_test2.wav_wii
This is part of the first verse and chorus of "Monkey Wrench", by Foo Fighters. The song was released as DLC in a full album release shortly after Rock Band 2's release. The vocals don't quite match the DLC version's because this is the dryvox version of the vocals, with no effects or processing on it. The full version of this track would be used to generate the lip sync for vocals. Though since the file is called mic_test, this sound, if picked up by the microphone, should score perfectly along with the track. At least it would if parts of the verse weren't edited out in this clip.
Curiously, the album that "Monkey Wrench" comes from, The Colour and the Shape, has its album art appear several times as unused placeholder art in Rock Band 3.
Say It Ain't Clean/Dist
These are simply a few seconds of the guitar track from the song "Say It Ain't So", by Weezer. The song originally appeared in the first Rock Band game.
test_sayitaintclean.wav_wii
This is the "clean"-sounding part.
test_sayitaintdist.wav_wii
This is the "distorted"-sounding part.
These sounds are also longer than in Rock Band 2, by about 10 seconds, despite not being used.
SFX Sample Logs
Various raw text files exist in the root of the file structure. Most of the files with spaces in their names refer to audio samples in a folder that no longer exists. These relate to sound effects on certain maps, though some don't exist at all. The first block of their headers are below.
pig fucker.wii.txt
Sample : 'sfx/samples/farm rain/dont use these/pig fucker.wii.wav' Length : 275825 samples Num nibbles: 315229 ADPCM nibbles Sample Rate: 18000 Hz Loop Flag : NOT LOOPED
bits fall off car1.wii.txt
Sample : 'sfx/samples/oval race/bits fall off car1.wii.wav' Length : 60328 samples Num nibbles: 68948 ADPCM nibbles Sample Rate: 18000 Hz Loop Flag : NOT LOOPED
king wants drag.wii.txt
Sample : 'sfx/samples/castle attack/dont use these they are just bits for the pass fail stuff/king wants drag.wii.wav' Length : 203466 samples Num nibbles: 232534 ADPCM nibbles Sample Rate: 18000 Hz Loop Flag : NOT LOOPED
Unused Song
On the disc, there is the full audio and midi chart for the song "Just For Tonight". There is no metadata associated with it, so the game won't load it normally. The song was released as regular DLC in 2010, a year after the game's release. The audio file on the Wii version is a few megabytes bigger than the DLC version, suggesting it's slightly higher quality.
MOGG Encode Logs
Only 3 mogg log files did not get removed in a few places. These were probably generated by whichever tools were used.
