Three types of placeholder banners are located within skin_banner.dat:

skin201~204		Placeholder banners for the Time Attack mode skins. 201 is for 60sec mode, 202 is for 180sec, 203 is for 300sec, and 204 is for 600sec.
skin301		A placeholder banner for the Easy Puzzles.
