Ongaku Tsukuru is a music composing game for the Super Famicom that puts Mario Paint to shame.

For whatever reason, the data between offsets 007E52 and 007FFF is identical to that of this public domain demo from 1993, including the cartridge header and title:

It's likely that the game had been burned onto an EEPROM which had originally been used to watch the demo.
