The first YouTube video[1] of Terraria showcases an early with not too much differences from the April 26th Beta Build, but some aspects of the game are noticeably different from here and there. Based on release notes[2] and the video date, this build is either 0.6.5 or a build in between 0.6.5 and 0.7.

Guide
The Guide has an even earlier design compared to the April 26, 2011 build. Main differences is with the sprite being more related to more of a Final Fantasy V character style, and the hair is more bland.
