There are two hidden credits in the game. The first is in the user1 CPU at 0x38E000:

 COPYRIGHT 1987 NAMCO LTD. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. PROGRAM BY J.AMANAI 

The second is meant to appear in-game, but whatever button presses or code that would trigger the message isn't currently known. Put this code in MAME's ws.xml cheat file to replace the "Game Over" text in attract mode with the above message.
