Dead Man's Chest
There was another object for the dead man's chest where both halves were put together, likely removed for being redundant.

Nearly every object was redesigned for the final release, but only some of them reflect this in their icon. Some of them have minor differences, but others have more major differences.

Nearly every material was changed before the final release. Most of the changes can only be seen in the icons, but the coin material had some of its coins changed to remove the medallion.

Mm Music Pack 1 Store Icon
An icon exists in the files of the water beta for the Mm Music Pack 1 that includes the song The Crysalis of Enternity from the History Kit.
Incredibles Costumes
Some early icons exist for test costumes for the Incredibles DLC, one of which uses another unused iteration of Sack Sparrow's skin.
