Mm Music Pack 1 Store Icon
An icon exists in the files of the water beta for the Mm Music Pack 1 that includes the song The Crysalis of Enternity from the History Kit.
Incredibles Costumes
Some early icons exist for test costumes for the Incredibles DLC, one of which uses another unused iteration of Sack Sparrow's skin.
