I think it would be interesting if I explained each file in relation to the final version.
For example.
zelda_baby_skel / - Unused Baby Skeleton
zelda_box / - Chest
zelda_dangeon_keep / - Dungeon main objects
zelda_dodongo / - Dodongo
zelda_field_keep / - Main objects
zelda_fire / - Fire
zelda_firefly / - Fireflies from Kokiri Forest or Lost Woods
