This needs some investigation. Discuss ideas and findings on the talk page. Specifically: Figure out where the A+B+Start cheat activates and what it does. It might not be present in this game due to the message being left over from Dinosaur Park.

After the staff list at 0x44149 in the ROM, there is an alternate staff list, a message from one of the game's developers and contact information for Phinnex and United Microelectronics Corporation. All of it appears to be left over from Dinosaur Park as it's identical in both games, down to the date:
