Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne/Unused Puzzle Boy Maps

This is a sub-page of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.

There are 30 unused Puzzle Boy maps leftover in the game's files. The developers cherry-picked the maps that would be the most fun and balanced. There are also a few maps that are too easy or are too hard, so they were also cut out. Note that the maps below are not sorted after used and unused.

Some of the maps presented used to have a mechanic where you would control up to four Pyro Jacks to make the puzzle more puzzling. This was in fact a mechanic in the original Puzzle Boy with "Kwirk's Veggie Friends". However, it was cut from the final release in the Nocturne version of Puzzle Boy. Though they spawn in these maps, they are completely solid and can't be interacted with unless you complete the stage somehow, then it will cut to the other Pyro Jack so you'd really need to solve it properly with the first one, only to solve it again with the second one.

To access these maps, you can use these cheat tables for Cheat Engine listed below. Both vanilla JP version and North-American version are included in the zip.
