Unused Models
boot.hip
sundae_smelly
Model | Texture (GC/PS2) | Texture (XB) |
---|---|---|
An unused model of the Smelly Sundae from the season 2 episode Something Smells. It was intended to be a power-up, and can be seen in pre-release footage on SpongeBob's chair.
It can be spawned into a level as a pickup; the sundae allows SpongeBob and Patrick to run faster and destroy Stone Tikis with a basic attack for about 10 seconds, all while leaving behind a trail of rancid breath. The Xbox version has a higher resolution texture for the model than the other versions, suggesting that it was removed very late into development.

sign_exit_sm01
Model | Texture |
---|---|
An exit sign meant to be seen around the entrance to Sand Mountain.
hb02.hop
sb_cabinet01 and SB_cabinet02

shiny_flowers
Model | Texture (GC/PS2) | Texture (XB) | Texture (French PS2) |
---|---|---|---|
A row of labeled and less shiny looking shiny objects. The Xbox version's texture is at a significantly higher resolution than otherwise. Strangely, the French PlayStation 2 release gave the texture a proper translation to said language.
