This game was stuffed away in a cardboard box and found 30 years later in a garage
This game was never completed and/or given a public release.
As a result of this, keep in mind that the developers might have used or deleted some of the content featured here, had the game actually been released.

The final option was not to release this game.

Hmmm...
To do:
There's a lot more buried in the game. http://www.nintendoplayer.com/unreleased/steven-seagal-is-the-final-option/

Have Pro Action Replay (PAR) code 7E129801 active when starting the game from the title screen to access a functional two-player mode.

Hmmm...
To do:
Is there more to this? Needs more research...
