Street Fighter: The Movie is an adaptation of the live-action film, using digitized images of the film's cast as the characters. Unlike the arcade version, however, Capcom saw fit to develop this version themselves, and the end result is basically digitized actors fighting with the gameplay of Super Street Fighter II Turbo with EX moves from Street Fighter III. Additionally, the Bison Trooper palette swaps are gone, with Dee Jay and Blanka in their place as fleshed out characters and Akuma now requiring a button code to pick.

The end result is surprisingly decent.
