So very stubbly.
This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper was the first portable version of the game, taking its name from a Japan-only arcade revision. While severely cut-down in content compared to the earlier console versions due to ROM size constraints (as well as the limited buttons of the Game Boy Advance itself), it not only retains the full 35 character roster from prior versions, but also adds in three more fighters taken from Capcom vs. SNK 2 (namely Maki, Yun and Eagle).

Unused Text

At offset 0xDFCFC is text for the stage select. Unlike the other ports, this one doesn't have a stage select, and only uses 15 of these stages. The complete list would find use in the Training modes of Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and Street Fighter Alpha Anthology.
