The third and final entry in the EX series. Notable for being a launch title for the PlayStation 2 in both Japan and US, and the only tag-team Street Fighter game so far, barring crossovers with other properties.

Dip Switch Menus

A couple of unused menus can be accessed with the codes below. These are likely portions of arcade code leftover. With the code on, highlight the Options menu and press L1 + X for SYSTEM DIP SWITCH, or L2 + X for USER DIP SWITCH. Press Triangle while in these menus to return.

SYSTEM DIP SWITCH

Here you can toggle various parameters. The VRAM VIEW and TEST MOTION options do not appear to do anything.

USER DIP SWITCH

It is unclear what all of these options do, if anything. The left most E sets a few debug lines on characters.

Unused Menu

An unused EX OPTION menu can be seen here with the text, "under constraction!" There is nothing to select here. Apply the below code to replace the memory card option with this menu.
