Unused Text

In the Japanese version, the options menu contains four options: A music test, a sound test, a voice test, and a sound mode setting. For whatever reason, the sound test was removed from the options menu in the US version, but the text for it still remains within the text for the options menu at x19E6.

Level Select

In the Japanese version, press Left, Right, Y, A, Up, X, Down, B at the Toho logo screen before it fades out. Godzilla will roar to confirm correct entry. Start the game to access the level select.

To do: Figure out how to access this in the US version. The code doesn't appear to work, but the text is present in the ROM at 0x1546. There are also other regional differences, such as the 90's Mecha-Godzilla being replaced by the 70's Mecha-Godzilla in the US version. More differences are documented here.
