T-Mek is a "virtual reality" game where you blow your opponents up in some sort of deathmatch.
Exception Handler
If the game ever crashes, it'll display this exception handler.
All of the error messages are present in the ROM, starting at 002F7698:
EXCEPTION ERROR: BAD EXCEPTION. ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION. ILLEGAL DELAY SLOT INSTRUCTION. CPU BUS ERROR. DMA BUS ERROR. USER ERROR. NMI EXCEPTION. TRAP =0D - TASK TIMED OUT, SYSTEM LOCKUP.
