Possibly not ciphered

It's entirely possible that the strings found in both versions of C64 Risk that are covered here, are in fact screen code, where values $80-$FF are reverse-video variants of values $00-$7F. Is the original "ciphered" text available anywhere handy? LocalH (talk) 18:04, 30 September 2018 (EDT)

Figured it out. It's not screen code reverse-video, it's PETSCII lowercase ($41-$5A) and uppercase ($C1-$DA). Rewriting main page to clarify. LocalH (talk) 18:56, 30 September 2018 (EDT)
