Level Select
On the title screen, press and hold 2, then press Start. The screen will go black. Quickly press Left, Left, Up, Up, Right, Right, Down, Down, and you'll see this screen. Press Left or Right to select the stage number to start in. Pressing Up and Down will modify the second value, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
