I'm creating this page because no-one else will.
I've been building my own extractor for the original YDKJ games, to try to find the dummied out audio that exists in them. Expect a lot of pages from this series once I start working through the titles.
I stopped as soon as I started, once I found dummy images as well - once I find a meaningful way of extracting it, and doing something a bit more regimented, expect the floodgates to open again.
