Debug Menu

Enable Game Genie code 003‑57B‑F7A and start a new game to enter the Debug menu instead. Allows you to play any level from the beginning or from the midpoint, select amount of lives, items to carry, as well as to enable invulnerability. Also you can listen to all music and game sounds.

Note, there are no numbers displayed because of lack of the proper font in the title screen CHR data, however they are selectable by pressing Left/Right anyway.

Also note that this code doesn't work properly in Super Mario 4 due to the lack of main menu cause it to hang on the title screen.
