As this is a 40% build, there's quite a lot of unused textures, many of which are remnants from builds older than this one.

Background Images

The following images are found in the tfa\USERINTERFACE\TEXTURES\BACKGROUND directory.

Self-explanatory. It makes sense that this was used in-place of the Atari FMV at some earlier point of development.

Mini-Con Disk Image

An image with some Mini-Con disks on it. Purpose is unknown, but it looks kinda neat!

Autobot Group Shot

A very blurry group shot of Hot Shot, Optimus Prime, and Red Alert. Going by the name of the file, this was likely an early title screen image.

E3 Screen

A 2003 E3 splash screen, which for some reason has G1 Devastator and G1 Superion duking it out. Both characters do not appear in this game. The art originates from an incentive cover for Dreamwave Productions' Prime Directive issue 1.

Pre-3944 Loading Screens

There are two unused loading screens from builds earlier than 3944 which are similar to each other. LOADINGSCREEN.ITF is a whole image:

Meanwhile, the second loading screen is split into two different images named LOADINGSCREENTOP.ITF and LOADINGSCREENBOTTOM.ITF. Both images are 512x216 pixels, and have been merged into one image for the sake of simplicity.

The primary differences are the text next to the E3 logo and the copyright information. While the first loading screen image has the copyright information located next to the E3 logo at the top of the image, the second loading screen instead places it at the bottom, next to an Atari logo. The copyright information also differs slightly. The first loading screen writes "2003 Infogrames Melbourne House" while the second loading screen writes "2003 Atari Melbourne House Pty Ltd." The Megatron art present on both images is stock Transformers: Armada art of Megatron, used on the toy's box and trading card.

Early Loading Screen

The loading screen that's used in build 3944 differs from what is seen in retail builds. Retail, in certain situations, opts for a black screen with a loading bar in the bottom right and the Transformers logo in the top left. Most loading screens in retail use an animated "warp gate" loading screen. 3944 uses lineart of the warp gate within the Autobot HQ.

Start Screens

There's a bunch, I'll post images later.

Save/Load Background Image

3944 has some sharp artifact-esque designs that gets blurred in the retail image.
