Pokepark 2: Getting to the maps

Hey there, I'm in the process of going through Pokepark 2's files, and I saw that you had done some work on it, particularly with the maps. So far I've been able to go through all of the sounds (aside from the sound effects, which don't seem to be stored in the Sound folder), and my next sight is on the models. But I wanna get the tools I need ready so I can look at the maps, so I was wondering if I could get some insight about how you were able to look at em? Thanks for your help!
