Uploading Files
Hey. When uploading files, if you put certain templates in the upload summary, it auto-categorizes the files, and saves us having to flood the Recent Changes with all the manual edits. The templates are as follows, where "System" should be replaced with whatever game system the file is from:
{{soundfile|System}} - For sounds/music.
{{titlescreen|System}} - For title screenshots.
{{screenshot|System}} - For regular screenshots
{{debugscreen|System}} - For debug mode screenshots.
{{rippedgraphic|System}} - For graphic rips.
{{map|System}} - For full maps.
Please get in the habit of doing this when you upload files in the future, as it saves time for all involved. Thanks! -YK 20:01, 6 October 2010 (EDT)

- I also just added Bionic Commando (NES) to the rotation of games that will be shown as featured articles on the front page. Again, nice work! Bast (talk) 04:51, 28 December 2015 (EST)

How did you do it? I can't seem to be able to access the files at all on the game's discs since they're hidden like Square's PS2 games.--DarthDub (talk) 05:38, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry, it was so long ago I don't remember Mammal Sauce (talk) 16:33, 5 November 2020 (UTC)
- You might try scanning the ISO with a file carver. I think most PSX games use TIM format for images but I lost my notes on CC years ago Mammal Sauce (talk) 02:29, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
