The VUE Debugger Sample is a simple sample program that came with the VUE Debugger software. All you can really do with it is move balls around on a grid.

Given the above sprites, the grid area's design, and the various ball sizes, it's possible the Sample was once meant to be (or include) a simple Block Breaker/Alleyway-style game with Squeak as the target.
